# Welcome to the NextEvolution Community Platform

Welcome to the official NextEvolution community website.

This website is the main place where I will post updates, news, screenshots, videos, documentation, downloads, and information about the NextEvolution project and the future official Protocol100 server.

NextEvolution is not only a client or a server. It is being built as a full platform for CS 1.6-style projects, modders, server owners, and players who want something more modern, more open, and more expandable.

## What is this website for?

This website will be used for:

* project news and development updates;
* screenshots and videos;
* client and server information;
* future downloads;
* documentation and guides;
* community posts and discussions;
* bug reports and feedback;
* user profiles, ranks, roles, and XP;
* chatbox and community interaction;
* future application/launcher updates;
* future masterserver and server list integration.

The website will grow step by step together with the platform.

## How to register

To create an account:

1. Click **Create account** or **Register**.
2. Enter your username, email, and password.
3. After registration, check your email inbox.
4. Open the verification email from NextEvolution.
5. Click the verification link.
6. After verification, you can log in and use the website.

If you do not see the verification email, check your spam/junk folder.

## What can registered users do?

Registered users can:

* create posts;
* comment and react;
* use the chatbox;
* customize their profile;
* upload an avatar and cover image;
* follow project updates;
* report bugs or issues;
* gain XP and levels from activity;
* later access more platform features.

More features will be added over time.

## Current state of the website

The website is already usable, but it is still in active development.

Some small visual issues, layout fixes, or non-critical bugs may still exist. If you find something broken, missing, or not working correctly, please report it. Feedback helps improve the platform faster.

NextEvolution is a long-term project focused on building a modern CS 1.6-style ecosystem with:

The goal is to give players, server owners, and modders a stronger base for future projects.

1. Finish the remaining website fixes and polish.
2. Continue work on the application/launcher.
3. Prepare clean client and server Stable v1 builds.
4. Add documentation.
5. Later connect the masterserver/server list system.
6. Continue improving the client and server after release.
